If you are in the import/export business, you've probably been told to get on a first-name basis with ACE. But maybe you don't know where to start? Or maybe you've been using ACE, but are looking for some tips and tricks to help you understand it better?
ACE, or Automated Commercial Environment, is the database maintained by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that holds information about imports into and exports out of the US. Shipment information is transmitted to CBP via ACE, from both carriers and brokers, and CBP makes admissibility decisions based on that data.
Let UPS Supply Chain Solutions® services walk you through how to use your access to the ACE portal, understand and manage potential compliance issues, and analyze trends.
In this webinar, you will learn:
- How to access ACE
- How to establish and maintain users
- How to use AD/CVD case management tools
- What reports are available and how to use them
