If you have an account, log in to UPS.com and open your My Choice dashboard.
Click on “Delivery Options.” If you don’t see “Delivery Options,” the shipper has restricted this option.
Reroute your package to a different location or change the delivery date.
Signing up is free, and you can choose between two levels of membership.
UPS My Choice offers two levels of membership: Basic (free) or Premium (paid). Premium allows you to make unlimited changes to your deliveries at no additional cost.

**SurePost packages are upgraded to UPS Ground, which are delivered by UPS, not the U.S. Postal Service. After upgrading, members can use My Choice to manage these packages.
***Premium members get two free confirmed 2-hour delivery window requests per year. A fee will be charged for additional requests. Members are charged an additional fee for each confirmed 2-hour delivery window request.
† There is no charge for members with a UAP Preference to redirect all packages directly to a UPS Access Point location.
Some shippers restrict the ability to change your delivery.
If you missed a delivery, you received a UPS InfoNotice™ letting you know that your driver was unable to deliver your package. Update the InfoNotice with instructions for the driver on what to do with your package and place the notice in the same location where the driver left it.
This does not apply to "Adult Signature Required" deliveries. An adult must sign for these packages at the time of delivery.
You can also use your UPS InfoNotice number online to request a hold on eligible packages. In addition, My Choice members can use the Delivery Planner to request a hold.
With UPS Delivery Intercept®, you can conveniently request delivery changes for packages you sent, prior to the first delivery attempt. With Delivery Intercept you can: Have packages returned to you; redirect packages to another address; reschedule delivery to another day; have packages held for pickup by the recipient; cancel or change an intercept request before we complete the intercept.
Fees may apply for all types of requests, including packages that are redirected to a UPS location and held for the recipient to pick up. You’ll only be charged if your intercept request is completed.
You can request delivery changes online through your shipping history and the tracking page, WorldShip®, UPS CampusShip®, or Quantum View®. Both you and the receiver can use the package’s tracking number to check the status of the intercept request.
Note: UPS Delivery Intercept is available within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. UPS Express Critical® and freight shipments are not eligible for this service.
Becoming a UPS My Choice member is free and gives you greater control over when and where your shipments will be delivered. Members have the option to have deliveries brought to a different address, be delivered on a different day or pick up deliveries at a UPS location, as well as tell your UPS driver where to leave packages when you aren't home.
